How much does SchoolAdvisor cost?

SchoolAdvisor has three options.

The 'free' options is a free listing and allows you to manage your company details, load products/services and see who has reviewed you. If you want to respond to reviews, add photos or be included in the quote functionality you will need to upgrade your listing to a paid option. Paid options include the "country' listing if you only want your listing to appear for when people search for one country. Or you can take the 'international' listing if you want your listing to be available for more than one country.

Remember, paid options are month to month so you can cancel at any time. 


When will I be billed?

Your credit card will be charged when you subscribe. The subscription will automatically renew monthly (this only for the paid listing options). Remember you can downgrade at anytime to the free listing. 


What payment methods do you accept?

You can either pay by credit card or by entering your bank details. SchoolAdvisor does not accept cheques, postal orders, or pay by phone.


Who Can Update Our Billing Information?

The original person that claimed your listing on SchoolAdvisor is considered to be your "Account Owner". This person is able to view and updated billing information. If you need to change your account owner, please contact our support team ([email protected]).


Are there any cancellation fees or set up fees?

Nope, the only fee payable is your subscription amount. If you decide to downgrade your account to the free listing option, as of the next scheduled billing date and there will be no further charges incurred.


Does SchoolAdvisor issue refunds?

SchoolAdvisor does not issue refunds. You can downgrade to a free listing at any time, but you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
