My company received a negative review, what should I do?

We encourage schools to be honest and constructive in their reviews. Their reviews are therefore their first-hand experience of using your product or service. If you have received a negative review we encourage you to respond as soon as possible on the platform, make contact with the school directly and see if you can resolve the issue. Schools want to see that suppliers can resolve problems and deliver what was promised. Once you have sorted out the problem you can then ask the reviewer if the would like to change their review, as they can easily edit their reviews.
