How do I respond to a review?

Responding to reviews is a great way to show that your company is actively engaging with schools.  It also allows you to tell your side of the story, should that be necessary. Firstly, you need to have claimed your listing, once this is done and you are logged in you can click on your name and select the ‘reviews’ button. From here you can choose the review you want to respond to and enter your response.

Your response will show below the review on your listing (see image below). 


Please note that the ability to respond to a review is limited to paid listings (country and international option). Paid listings will also be notified as soon as a school writes a review.
